Re: great news
MILANELLO - Milan started training at 12.30 to prepare for tomorrow's match at Udinese. Boateng and Aquilani went running. Nesta, Pato and Flamini have been working with the group.

Re: great news
If Boateng can continue his form I am happy, however I am unsure of Pato's return.

Re: great news
We'll probably have boateng on the bench vs arsenal and that's it. Pato, aquilani, and nesta won't make it in time.

Re: great news
Mauro Suma, live on Channel MILAN Milan, spoke of the injured AC Milan, giving good news for Milan fans. "Nesta, Pato and Boateng are working to revert to the Arsenal. Ghanaian midfielder should go in groups between Sunday and Monday. For Aquilani, however, the hope is to see him in the field in the match against Cesena and the one with Juventus on 25 February.
damn it,no aquaman for first leg...
but boateng and pato are very important recoveries.Pato brings his A game to CL and Boateng is easily our most important midfielder

I'd rather have a one legged Boateng over Seedorf. He was awful v Udinese, a throwback to the "Slowdorf" that we saw before he picked up his game towards the end of last season.

Re: great news
Don't even get me started on Seedorf, he was absolutely terrible today vs Udinese. He had me screaming at the TV, and more than a couple mistakes he made which could have resulted in a goal for Udi.Forza Rossoneri wrote:Milan31 wrote:KR10 wrote:id rather have a one legged boateng than a ambrosini

Re: great news
MILANELLO – After the comeback win over Udinese last night, unbeaten in the league at home before the Rossoneri visit, the team were back training at the Milanello sports centre at noon today ahead of the return to Champions League action on Wednesday against Arsenal.
The first player back training was Mario Yepes who was out with his athletic coach at 11.00. The Columbian international did some aerobic exercises as well as some running drills.
From 12.00 onwards the players involved last night in Udine worked out in the gym while the others took to the central pitch.
Bonera, Antonini, Zambrotta, Van Bommel, Cristante, Innocenti, Ibrahimovic and the returning Nesta, Boateng, Pato and Flamini all did a half hour warm up as well as some running drills through obstacles.
This was followed by a 15 minute 6-a-side tactical simulation of attack against defence with a single goal. The players then spent 20 minutes working on defensive manoeuvres.
As well as Mario Yepes, Alberto Aquilani also worked out with a personal trainer.
-------------
Nice to see more names coming back into the mix, even if they're not additional first team names.
