Fans in the USA
I wasn't certain where exactly to create this thread, so mods feel free to move it accordingly.
There are rumors floating about regarding clubs playing some friendlies in the States this summer. One such rumor is about Liverpool possibly playing Roma in Boston.
Just wanted to know if anyone here is interested in following this and possibly making some plans should any of this come to fruition? The Barcelona - United friendly was played about 30-40 minutes from me in Maryland last summer, but by the time I found out about it tickets were already sold out.

Re: Fans in the USA
I'm looking at the potential Liverpool friendly in Chicago, but making it out to Boston is a big ask given the time and money that would be necessary.

Hmm. I'm waiting on some more solid information regarding the fixtures. I'm not entirely opposed to Chicago though Boston would be easier. But I'll try and keep up with any information coming out.

A few of the Roma fans on here are thinking about going.

If that 'Pool/Roma friendly happens in Boston, I'm going to try to go. I'm about an hour and a half drive from Boston so it's not bad.

Let's just hope the game isn't on a Sunday.

Re: Fans in the USA
There's a good chance that the friendly in Chicago, should it happen, will be against either Celtic or Chelsea. I'd love to be there to hear YNWA sung by both Liverpool and Celtic supporters, even if it won't be as powerful since it's in the US.poolsupporter wrote:Hmm. Re: Fans in the USA
If there was a Liverpool - Chelsea game, I'd probably go for that. Ultimately depends on the dates and days.
