He won't come, we want flexibility in the contract, meaning we'd still want the choice of keeping him or shipping him back to Man C. Inter on the other hand want to buy him outright and will be committed to do so according to the offer they have made to Man C.

So why would Man C agree to our deal , that has a possibility of a situation where Milan don't want to follow through on the buyout clause and tevez back at the front door step. They much rather take Inter's offer as to avoid a similar situation.

As for Tevez's personal preference , there is not much to choose between Inter and Milan. Inter have the history of having had lots of Argentine players and currently still have a few in their midst, Milan on the other are the best team in the league and probably offer a more stable future.

Inter have the advantage in this negotiations since they focused on getting the hard part done first ( negotiating with the club first and getting an offer accepted) , rather than approaching the player , who has less authority.

Look like Tevez is ours and we are selling Pato for total 35 milion euro. Moratti as admit defeat. Hahaha! What will Barbara do?

He practically made you sell Pato to get Tevez, you had to up ur offer to obligation to buy, so now you have to sell Pato(if all reports are true).

Not sure whether you're delusional or oblivious but you do realize that the reason Tevez wants a transfer out of Man City is because they wont raise his 250,000 pound a week wages right?
