Re: Hatem Ben Arfa
BBC wrote:On-loan midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa has played his last game for Hull, says City manager Steve Bruce.
Ben Arfa, 27, missed the side's 2-0 defeat by Chelsea on Saturday, with City set to terminate his season-long loan from Newcastle early when the option comes up in January.
Bruce said: "Sometimes transfers don't work, especially with a loan deal."
Meanwhile, Newcastle boss Alan Pardew has said Ben Arfa will not be returning to St James' Park.
"I'm disappointed more than anything," Bruce told BBC Radio Humberside.
His views of the game are different to mine. At any club you need to have a certain work ethic to get in the team. That's the frustrating thing.
"I hope Hatem takes in what I've had to say to him because his talent is there for all to see. But talent without hard work means you won't live up to your potential.
"Unfortunately, to play for me you have to know you are playing for the team. To be a great you have to be a team player."
Well, it's no longer just Pardew who thinks Ben Arfa has an attitude problem.
What next for him? I doubt a Premier League club is going to want him after all this, so a return to France, perhaps? Who wants him?

Re: Hatem Ben Arfa
Attitude problem my arse
It's managers being inept problem, they are in the relegation zone or close to it so he's scared to use flair players because of his ineptitude.
Ramirez hardly plays either and even Abel Hernandez is being benched. English managers are all the same, they are frightened by this tiniest bit of expression and prefer no talent work horses that take them nowhere.
How is that working out for you Brucie? Unless you are wanted by a top 6 team foreigners should stay away from the PL. All that will happen is the ball will be flung over your head, your creative mind will be wasted and the manager will start blaming you for his own faults.
Who knows where Tevez and Mascherano would be now if they were stayed stuck behind Marlon Harewood and Hayden Mullins? It's disgusting tbh, players like Hazard and Silva would be bench fodder for these idiots.

^ He's an absolute horrible human being mole. Just accept it. you can't HIT your manager, not once but only twice.
You going balls deep into Ben Arfa's knickers, reminds me of LFC fans making the same excuses for Ryan Babel.
Ben Arfa will end up the same way, probably reuniting with Shola in Turkish second division next season. Disgusting human being and even a worse player.

Playing the "English managers scared of bloody Johnny Foreigner" card isn't very good here since Hull's striker force has a Croation, Uruguayn and an Ivorian. Can't see how a French guy wouldn't go with that mix.
When it was just Pardew dropping HBA, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, but now it's Bruce, too, and his team are in the relegation zone. No way he would freeze out any players who he thinks could improve his team. Face it, Mole, HBA has just gotten too cocky.

^ When HBA broke his leg vs. City a few years ago, he'd shit on his pants on purpose in hospital, so the RIDICULOUSLY HOT nurse would have to change him up. this is his thinking as a player. you can never succeed when your priorities lie in the wrong places.

So one shit manager doesn't play him and you give him the benefit of the doubt and now another shit manager doesn't play him and its his fault? English managers in general are afraid of talent and choose to play cloggers like Gouffran and MeylerArt Morte wrote:Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Attitude problem my arse

Re: Hatem Ben Arfa
that argumentation only holds if you consider Deschamps another shit coach though
Basically the guy left every club so far because he didn't get along with people, no?

Re: Hatem Ben Arfa
To be fair, Deschamps likes physical strikers. What you're seeing at NT is completely out of character to a large extent (thankfully). I mean, he passed on paying more money to Nasri and Ben Arfa so that he could buy Gignac and Brandao. He also benched Valbuena in his first season at OM because he was "too short and too weak".
Choosing Sissoko, Guilavogui and Kondogbia over better, less physical BUT more technical options are complete old school Deschamps though.
Thank god most of our best players are big guys anyhow

Pardiola wins this round.. But, if we are keeping count I think it's
Mole:17
Pardew:3
So how about we call him Ben "afpa".. (Away from pitch action)

I've been following Ben arfa since 2008 . Ben Arfa and Benzema were both very good. What I didn't like with Ben Arfa was that he wasn't consistent through the whole 90 mins or would have a great game followed by poor ones.

Has agreed with Nice. Not a loan as he and Newcastle cancelled the remaining time on the contract.
The length of the contract is not known yet.. but he is scheduled to take his medical early next week.
Might have to go see Nice now. He's fun to watch and, with Plea and Carlos Eduardo, they're worth a watch. I like the kid Mendy too in the midfield.
Nice team for Nice now if Ben Arfa is there mentally.
