Only Juve for Quagliarella

Fabio Quagliarella wants to stay at Juventus despite January links with Inter and Roma.

Reports yesterday paired the Italian international with an exit this month as both Serie A giants are said to be keen.

Although his agent admitted that anything could happen during a transfer session, he made it clear that Quagliarella wants to prove himself in Turin.

“It’s only normal and logical for such solutions to be mentioned during the transfer window as it is so unpredictable,” agent Beppe Bozzo told Tutto Juve.

“However, you have to take into consideration the desire of the Bianconeri and the player himself which he’s been very clear about and that hasn’t changed over the last few weeks.

“Quagliarella wants to stay at Juventus and he’s never taken into consideration an eventual departure.”

The former Sampdoria and Udinese man was signed outright by the Old Lady in the summer from Napoli after his loan last term.

That despite the fact that he missed the first six months of 2011 with injury. He’s scored one goal in eight Serie A appearances so far this term.
