Real Madrid January Priority Signings

Real Madrid needs to overhaul their defense. Without Carvalho they are helpless (and he's getting old!). They need young and solid defenders.

Having said this, Mat Hummels from Dortmund (Centre-Back) and Gregory Van Der Wiel from Ajax (Right-Back) should be their PRIORITY signings come the January Transfer Window.

If they REALLy need to buy an attacking player, they should buy Eden Hazard from Lille instead of the untested and unproven Neymar. He's much more class and quality!

First, why in the world would we buy hummels to be backup for ramos and pepe whihile we also have varane.

Second, hazard has failed every time i saw him against decent opposition, No, this doesnt mean he is bad, but he is just as unproven as neymer.

3rd Hazard is not better then Neymer, neymer is a level above both talent and stats wise.

Hummels wouldn't be a backup. He would be a direct Carvalho replacement and Ramos' new CB partner. Then push Pepe up as a defensive midfielder. :bow:
