FA of both those countries haven't done enough to fight racism, but "this is not Spain or Italy" sounds more like an accusation to the countries more than the federations.

And I'm not sure if you now what we where discussing at the beggining of the thread. The reason for the long discussion is that Suarez used a certain word (negrito) that is considered a pet name in his home country but a very racist term in england. So the topic was whether he knew it was offensive in england.

When it comes to context there are two sides to the story. A ban was handed out based entirely on Evra's word of the situation. Suarez has stated he has said the word in a friendly context.
