More clubs join Iaquinta queue

Juventus’ Vincenzo Iaquinta is now being paired with Lecce after his agent denied an association with Fiorentina.

Iaquinta, 32, is being linked with a January move away from the club seeing as he has yet to feature for the Old Lady this season.

The 2006 World Cup winner has been previously paired with Novara, but links with Lecce and Fiorentina have now emerged.

The Stadio Via Del Mare outfit are hoping he could aid them in their survival attempts, while the Viola want to refresh their attacking options.

“Fiorentina? I’ve never spoken with the Viola,” representative Andrea D’Amico told ItaSportPress on Tuesday.

“Do Juventus have faith in him? That is a question I can’t answer. You’ll have to ask the club about that…”

Iaquinta, who has picked up two injuries this season, is only contracted to the Turin giants until June 2013.

I feel sorry for him cause he is a good player but is injured so often. I hope he finds a good club! Good luck iaquinta

yh he gave us so much when he was fit and even once benched Trez and Amauri

I have good respect for Iaquinta. If he leaves I hope it's not for a team like Lecce.

Funny stuff, but to be fair to Iaquinta it must be said he has been very unlucky falling alot over his own legs

I have respect for Iaquinta but I think his time is done with Juventus, he cannot be relied on.

I have no respect for man who has done nothing but falling ALL the time for the last 2 seasons... he once was great though agreed

Think he should move to England, he should prosper there.

I think he still has it but the injuries slow him down

Physical, well built, fairly quick, good with his head?
Should fit in nicely with a few of the lower teams.
