Maicon not called up is a good thing. The same with Wesley.

We'll probably set up like we did against the viola changing only Milito with Zarate. If we.....no wait, when we win this game we will be in 6th one point from Napoli :coffee:

Maicon can't defend for shit but at least with him in Pazzini might get some decent service from the wing...Although maybe with Faraoni out there we dont need Maicon anymore and can use someone with a better work rate instead

santon had 2 good games against a big game flop and all of a sudden he was the next Maldini. If you ask me his performance against Ronaldo was alright but non special, but its just that people expected Ronaldo to walk over him and when it didnt happen the wank fest started

Santon was brilliant under Mou...He was giving him the mental strength he lacks.If he stayed,it would have been a different story IMO.There's still the fitness issue however.

He might but I am unsure if leaving Italy was the best move for him, he is still young enough with a lot of talent

Maicon must not be 100% fit yet. When he is 100%, he is a beast and one of the few world class players we have. He has gotten soft though.
