Really man?
Is that a reason we should be turning every thread a Verratti speculation?
Gent please... Do you even know who Verratti is to begin with? And what he was saying was just an example.
Never heard of him until you mentioned him. Watched a couple of videos of him, and he certainly does not give you reasons to mention how great he is in every thread linking Juventus with foreign players.

every thread? I was simply answering a post in this thread.... which was not about mentioning Verratti in every thread to begin with
I could say, is there a reason to get into arguments with JNC in Sciacca in EVERY thread about the SAME things and that would at least be valid

Marco Verratti is one of the most talented 16 year olds to ever step foot onto a first team pitch in Serie B. Verratti has been touted as the next Francisco Totti due to his outstanding agility and fantastic first touches. His favorite squad is Juventus. Marco Verratti has been at Pescara Calcio all his life and was with them when they reached Serie B where he was 14, being the youngest player in any of the teams in Serie B, despite getting no football that season, Pescara got relegated to Serie C1/B which is the Italian Third Division where they have been since 2006/2007. In the 2008/2009 season Marco Verratti made 7 appearances for the Italian club, scoring no goals that season. This season (2009/2010) Verratti has made 1 appearance for Pescara in which he scored a superb goal from the corner of the area in a 3-2 win against Sangiustese. Marco Verratti has a contract in which expires in 2012, but Pescara has consisted in selling the young lad to overcome financial depths. It is reported that West Ham, Inter, Lazio, Roma Juventus, Milan and many other clubs are interested in capturing Marco's signature.
Now please, if your going to refer to videos, let's not be foolish and judge players that way.
Verratti is one of the best Under 20 players in Italy, if not the best. He already has PUMA sponsering for him and now their also comparing him to Pirlo as he plays as a regsita but orignally plays as a TQ

Haven't seen a lot on him to be honest, would be hard for me to rate him but based on how people talk to him and how he is portrayed he looks like the real deal
Although I would rather a player like Criscito/Caceres and have Chiellini back as a CB next to Barzagli

Re: B.NEWS : JUVE TO SIGN HUMMELS FOR 15 MILLION + BONUCCI !
The midfield, however, has the most intriguing player of all. A young man that has come up through the Pescara youth system and a player that has only featured sporadically mainly due to injury, is Marco Verratti. This 18 year old was linked with a move to Roma over the summer and has been compared to legends such as Gianni Rivera and Andrea Pirlo. This trequartista blessed with huge technical ability, could yet become Zeman’s most precious jewel in an already well decorated crown.
All these young players have a potentially huge future ahead of them and the good fortune of being mentored by a coach with a track record for producing teams that rewrite history.

See. that is the problem with you. You expect me to read this and say: Yeah, Verrati will be world class because some newspaper praised him and he is likely to join Juve because he supports us.
I know you have that conviction, and understand that but I do not go in every thread and try to convince you that your conviction is wrong.
This is a Hummels thread dude, lets talk about him.

Re: B.NEWS : JUVE TO SIGN HUMMELS FOR 15 MILLION + BONUCCI !
Hunmels and Chiellini would in my honest opinion be the best center defnse partnership in the world. And Bonucci is great, t not quite good enough to start for Juve in my opinnion. Hummels would be perfect. And btw, the Bundesiga is stronver than Serie A and in my opinion is throughout the table the strongest league in the world. And te 2nd Bundesliga is in my opinion stronger than Serie B too. So Germany as a whole has TONS of quality and its assinine that you claim theres hardly any quality when the truth is theres more quality throughoutt the table in the Bundesliga than any other league.

I agree. Hummels would be the perfect compliment to Chiellini as he is a good reader of the game and is young, so he has time plenty of time to adapt and grow.juventus101 wrote:Hunmels and Chiellini would inmy bonst opinion be the best center defnse partnership in the world.
