Bielsa picks kid from public to 'help' him train players for a day

Bielsa picked a random kid from the public and had him follow him around during the whole training session. He met his idols and Bielsa explained to him why he would give the players such and such indications. The kid also followed Bielsa on his walks, where Bielsa walks alone while thinking, but in this event Bielsa explained to the kid what he was going to do and why. The kid would end up taking parts of the meeting and the team reacted to him as if he were a staff member.
