Its a template I made
You pretty much just put the picture under some textures on photoshop if you are familiar with it
Then resize/position
Do a few things to the picture such as sharpen the image
apply image to add border and upload lol

I hate those pictures lol, just because of the arm raised like that, I hate having part of the arm outside the signature but that is the only way the rest of it looks nice
