It makes more sense that he would be talking to the ref when you take the fact that he might've been saying "blind" into account

There was a longer clip on youtube (around 1 min) which showed Anelka and Terry talking to Anton, before this incident. It's now been deleted.

He was abusing the linesman. Prior to that exchange, Terry ran into the QPR goalie and he conceded a foul on the lino's say so. He was calling him a 'blind c#nt' for not spotting Terry was the one fouled. At no point is Anton's name mentioned I might add.

I'm surprised people would think he would be so open if he was racially abusing someone.
