Winner Germany

Runner up:
Belgium or Turkey

Belgium must beat Germany on tuesday to secure play-off spot. Turkey have Azerbaijan at home on the same day and if they win and Belgium fails to beat Germany, Turkey will get the play off spot

They'll face in Dublin on tuesday, Ireland needs a draw for play-off
