Agent: Juventus Interested in Juan

Juan has so far been unable to force himself into head coach Luis Enrique's first-team plans, fuelling rumours of his departure come the opening of the January transfer window. The centre-back has yet to appear under Luis Enrique, despite having made over 100 Serie A games for the club over the previous four seasons.

"Rumours of interest from Juventus have reached me, as well as those relating to other top Italian and foreign clubs," Gerbino told Calciomercato.it.

"A player who does not play cannot be happy, otherwise it would be odd. Only Luis Enrique can explain why he is being left out."

The Turin giants have previously been linked with a move for Chelsea defender Alex as they seek to bolster their back line during the forthcoming January transfer window.
