PC version is identical to the console version which is nice. They screwed up the distribution of it though so you have to uninstall fifa 11 or use weird hacks. Also my gamepad took some playing around with to get it working, initially the game wouldn't start.

Once I got it running though it's very nice, same as on PS3(but my gamepad isn't as nice as my ps3 controllers). I'd say it actually runs better as my computer outperforms the PS3 easily, so everything loads faster etc and the graphics are just as good.

Valdes and Mandanda are unbeatable in this game on legendary..

i like LM find it incredibly hard to score on legendary in a 1v1 situation its like all hte keepers are in god mode. and im playing on manual shooting btw.

After playing with each team against each other and Analysing every little bit.

I have to say this is the most realistic Fifa game ever. The AI is Brilliant, Much more Clever then the previous ones. Player's personality (which they promised in fifa11 but never happened) makes the players unique rather then similiar. Even when you dribble they have their own natural style, for example Walcott doing his side drag think or Van persie flicking the passes forward.

They have finally fixed the heading abuse shit which was the downfall of fifa11. It's harder to head the ball now, and thats a good thing imo ( saying that, Pato scored two headers against me lol )

Defending will have divided opinions. 90% are used to mashing the X button ( for ps3 ) It's a new challenge but it is not that hard, It uses your skill and think fifa did a great job in that respect. You can still press if you change your tactics, but the manual pressing is gone.

In the end, From what i know the Real version is Faster then this one, This Demo was made in July, They didn't change anything since because there is no point.

Changing the button layout helps a bit. Swap 'contain' with 'tackle' and then swap 'contain' with 'team mate contain'.

That was for the 'alternate' setup, so it could be different for others.

I'm loving this demo.

The impact engine makes me laugh sometimes, I won a penalty shootout and Boeteng goes down on his knees, Mandanda runs out and knees Boeteng in the head, knocking him to the ground.

Still loving this, I love that it is just as good on PC as it runs so much quicker/faster to get going.

EDIT: Once you learn to use contain well, very very easy to park the bus. I managed to get a goal after 6m against Milan, they didn't have 1 shot for the rest of the game, the AI suffers from a lack of creativity

a demo can never be that good.. but its okay.. different, but okay.. im going to buy it...

but its really changed everything... i used to play on legendary level all the time on fifa 11, but atm it's too hard for me, maybe im rusty..

crossing the ball and scoring from headers is still too easy though. i play against ac milan, and almost EVERY TIME they cross the ball, ibra scores. come on, it's not like that in real life.. i remember how, on fifa 11, i hated to play against people who choose real madrid or chelsea and just try to cross all the time because they know there's a big chance that they will score from that.

anyway, that physical impact is a good idea, but once i accidentally pressed O and pushed a player that didnt have the ball, and was not part of what was happening at that point, and he fell, so the ref saw it as a penalty. in other words, penalties will happen way more often on fifa 12, and i can just see a lot of these accidents happening.. it's like the handball on fifa 11, there simply TOO MANY handballs happening, so in the end i turned it off on the settings.

The tactical defending is dumb and really pointless, people are saying oh it makes it much harder, but think about this, when u play online and a player scores a goal , he will sit with the posession if he wants for the rest of the match, and u cant get it since u only press not charge. I think its dumb because most of the time ur just trying to run back trying to get a the ball, now u have to do all this gay pressing and shit. Trust me, u will all hate it when u start playing against people...best option
