Documentary to name Prem Lge drug player

A Premier League footballer who failed a drugs test and then made a 'multi-million pound' transfer without the buying club being informed of the result will be named and shamed in a TV investigation on Monday night.
A special episode of Channel 4 show Dispatches, which focuses on the use of recreational and performance-enhancing drugs in football, claims the player tested positive for cocaine.
The programme also purports to know the names of dozens of footballers who have failed drugs tests for cocaine and cannabis, whose identities have been kept secret by the FA and their clubs.
It is also claimed 240 drugs tests had to be abandoned between April 2007 and August 2010, with testers arriving unannounced at training grounds to discover that their targets were not there.
This differs from the Rio Ferdinand case, where the player was informed of the time and date of a scheduled test but failed to turn up. The Manchester United player was banned for nine months.
In 2004 Premier League side Chelsea sacked Romanian striker Adrian Mutu after he tested positive for cocaine. Mutu had only joined the club the previous season in a £15.8 million deal from Parma.

Could be getting the wrong impression, but by that, it sounds like a player who was already in the PL and then moved to another PL team.
