Andreas Köpke - Euro 1996 my favourite squad was Germany, and Köpke was great. He won WC1990 and Euro1996.
Roberto Carlos - Unique player, great temperament, great shot, legend. Maldini who? Won everything.
Carles Puyol - He is playing with his heart, great leader, for true Barca fans he will allways be No.1. Won eveything.
Gerrard Piqué - Defender who can score goals better than some strikers, boss on the pitch and off the pitch. Won WC and 3 CL's.
Hasan Salihamidžić - Well, Bosnian player, best of his generation, he played on every position except CB. Won CL with Bayern.
Rivaldo - Simply No.1 for me. There is no such player on earth. Won everything.
Edgar Davids - People were saying that "Pitbull" can play (run) two games in row. B.E.A.S.T. Won CL.
Andreas Möller - Euro 1996 with Germany, UCL 1997 with Dortmund, great playmaker, after Rivaldo my favourite player. Great shot, great pass. Won everything.
Ronaldinho - Every Barca fan has to love this guy. He had biggest magic in his feet I ever seen on pro football pitch. Won everything.
Dennis Bergkamp - You can watch his moves again and again and again. He is real genius. One of most underrated players ever. To bad that he never won CL, Euro or WC.
Mario Basler - On his peak he was suspended (by club) for half season. He had few great seasons in Bayern. Great powerful shot. Won Euro.

Player's I've seen play.


Dalglish, Gerrard, and Bergkamp would float freely with Lahm providing extra width down the left.



Reina - A top class keeper and a top class lad. He's shown loyalty above and beyond to the club.


Carragher - Liverpool stalwart; if Gerrard's the heart of the club, Carragher's the soul. I love his determination and drive. He's not at his best at RB, but in was necessary to fit the others in.

Hyypia - The model professional. A world class defender at his peak and a legend with the club. I hope he returns to the club as soon as possible.

Koeman - A solid, classy player with a hell of a shot. What Agger could have been/could still be if he can get over his injuries (though Agger would probably never have reached his ability regardless).

Lahm - I enjoy his runs down the wide areas and, despite being a Netherlands fan he's always impressed me with his leadership ability and drive.


Riquelme - The way he picks a pass and controls a game is just amazing.

Lucas - His drive and determination are absolutely amazing. Despite the shit he got from some of our supporters he worked hard and made his own way. Admirable.


Dalglish - King Kenny. Liverpool Legend. Self explanatory.

Gerrard - Captain Fantastic. What more can be said? I've lost count of the number of times he's saved Liverpool.

Bergkamp - That goal against Newcastle and the run against Argentina...

McBride - US Legend and a large part of the reason I fell so deeply in love the sport. What he lacked in outright ability he made up for in determination and heart... a hero of mine.

Cech, favourite GK for obvious reasons.
Cafu, amazing RB who I loved watching
DL4, probably my favourite CB to watch as he is just so exciting, scores, makes runs, rash tackles, one of the very few Cbs who has you on the edge of your seats.
Terry, every Chelsea fan should have him for obvious reasons, he's mainly in my side because I neve liked wayne Bridge.
Carlos, one of my favourite all time players, great attacking LB with a killer free kick.
mcEachran, I would put Lampard there but I believe, given a chance, Will overtake Lampard in terms of Legend status at the club.
makelele, he has a position named after him for a reason, a Chelsea legend too.
Messi, the kid is just a joy to watch, I will never get bored of watching him. Narrowly beats out Ronaldinho because of his goal scoring ability.
Zola, another obvious one for a Chelsea fan.
Robben, only spent three years at Chelsea and all of them were injury plagued but there is a reason he is a club Legend for us.
Ronaldo, no strike force is complete without him. The best striker I have ever seen.

Why?

Barthez - Crazy. 1 can short of a 6 pack. Prone to outragous errors, but when he is on his game he is amazing. One of, if not the most agile goalie I have seen with amazing reflexes.

Alves - Name sake who looks like he had 3 red bulls before each game. Hyper active child with skill.

Puyol - To continue the theme of slightly crazed players. But you wont find a more commited Barca player then he and his leadership has been fantastic. Wont be able to replace him.

Carlos - Legs like a horse, one of the most powerful left foots I have ever seen. Super speedy and attacking flair. Playing for Madrid, I couldnt really support him, but I still admired him.

Vieira - Fantastically classy performer, when people say "most complete" this is actually who they should be talking about. Can literally do it all, what a mesh of technique and physique.

Davids - A wearer of glasses and roughly the same size myself, I was often called Davids in my younger days. Sort of play like him in a much lower level too. Just a great great player.

Enrique - Favourite all time Barca player, not because of his skill or even the fact he could and did play every single position other then goalie and centerback. His attitude was so gritty and when we played Madrid, lesser talented or not, he was always there fighting.

Rivaldo - The first "star" I crystal clearly remember being at Barca. I recall Ronaldo but not vividly at all, Pep, Figo and Stoichkov (who looking back had declined at this point) I remember and all were great but Rivaldo was another level to me. His Valencia hatrick alone cements his place here.

Ronaldinho - The mere mention of his name brings a smile to my face. In my head I knew he was finished when we let him go, but the fan in me didnt want to accept it. I struggle to put in words how great he was and how much I liked him.

Ronaldo - I am not alone in 86´generation who are inspired by this man. Benzema being the most famous from 86' who looked up to him. Best player I have ever seen. Explosive, dynamic, skillful....had it all.

Kluivert - The first time I visited the Camp Nou, I went into the gift shop. Inside, you was able to take a fake picture with inputs you and any player in the same photo (photoshop style) and you get the print out. My picture "with" Kluivert is one of my most treasured possessions.
