Zanetti won more, Zanetti is in club 1000, 3 years older and still plays more games and no signs on slowing down, "Breakings records..." him being a better athelete is a fact, and comparing who is better player is stupid coz they play completely different positions, not even gonna go in their behavior on field, gentlemen vs spiter :coffee:

Sorry Cro, Totti is World Champion, beats everything Zanetti won, what a player won has nothing to do with whata player has actually done :coffee:

Oh and by the way, since when did a prima Punta have to be very good athete when it comes to stamina and agility, if anything Totti has it all, as he can shift back to SS and CF, sort of like Balotelli. He's has all the attributes needed. Tracking back is also irrelavent, so being better athelete physically has nothign to do with Totti being a striker ffs

Tatti baffles me really, he's no longer the player he once was, he's injury prone, and his fitness is shit, why wouldnt he accept a substitute role and use his influence to support his coach ? its just amazing how he's willing to drag is club down just so he can be fielded

Totti back then was always injury prone, gets your information right and yet did great. His fitness has nothing do with with being a prima punta, he is able to play full games without problems in that positions.

He's not the same player, He scored 12 goals under Montella under half a season, just as much as Matri and Pazzini ffs. What are you talking about?

Materazzi won World Cup too, and played a MAJOR role in it.

Materazzi better player then Terry, Maldini, Samuel, Hierro, Bergomi etc...................

Zanetti being a better "athelete has nothign to do with Totti being a striker ffs" is true, we were just reacting to ur

So how that all that relate to Totti being the better athlete?

sciacca wrote:

Zanetti is not?

Zanetti's 534 Serie A games and 145 Argentina apps are not comparable to Totti's?

sciacca wrote:

749 games for Inter, not an Inter legend at all.

Most capped Argentinian of all time, most capped non-Italian Serie A player of all time, broke the record for CL oldest goalscorer, longest consecutive matches played...Not comparable to Totti's records though, even if he only broke Roma's records.

As a fullback or midfielder, he's meant for having more stamina, agility and etc... comparing him to Totti is ridicoulous because Totti does not even need those attributes, he has his own in which makes him the athlete he is as a striker.

im talking about being immoble, im talking about modern football, im talking about Enrique's system that doesnt suit a player like Totti

just compare Totti to del piero, ever since the days of Capello and Del was being treated like shit, being benched when he deserved to start, but he never made a fuss out of it and instead proving his worth on the field by dragging his team to victory whenever he was fielded. thats a class player i respect, not a thug like totti

You do know that it took Baggio that long for him to score most of his goals right? Around Totti's age? How stupid is to say and expect Totti to score mega goals per season... It's like saying Del Piero is expected to score 15 goals + per seaosn, cry me a river for crying out loud. You basically proved your point, Totti has been consisent and at his best for 10 years.
