Predict Next Season's Revelations

Last year it was El Sharaawy and Montolivo. We expected something from El Sharaawy but no one expected him to carry the team on his shoulders. Most important player of the season IMO.

Montolivo was also a similar case. We expected solid performances from him but he was just amazing game in game out. Best midfielder for Milan and one of the best in Serie A last season.

Balotelli and Pazzini were also good but not too much above expectation.

This season (given that our squad remains as is), the major candidates I see are Niang, Petagna and Poli. Out of these three, Poli stands out the most for me.

I expect both Niang and Petagna to get decent playing time here and there and give alright performances, but nothing too special.

Poli on the other hand, has already shown glimpses of his talent in pre season and could very well go on to become this season's last season's Montolivo (if that any sense).

Edit: I forgot about Saponara. I have not actually seen him play a single minute so I can't really say mush abut him, but he has been compared to Kaka, so the promise is definitely there. But he is still coming from a lower league, so I'm not gonna expect big thing in his first season (not to say I won't mind big things )

Think Poli and Saponara will blast into the scene

Niang is still a bit raw imo and Petagna is gonna have his first major season in top flight football

Not saying that them exploding is entirely out of the question, i still got hope on my boy Niang
