Deadline Day Madness....How will it pan out ?

Remember the infamous thread on January 31st 2011 that reached 50 pages in one day...what a mad day.

From Torres, Carroll, Suarez saga, to Inter signing Nagatomo, Juve signing Matri, Spurs as usual bidding for everyone and failing to land them, and many other bids made that day that made it a truly inspiring and interesting day.

Today is August 22nd, 9 days to go....What type of madness do you expect on the deadline day this time ?

I expect Gary Cahill to leave Bolton for around 10M, I expect Arsenal to land a big signing that day....Also Stoke to get 2-3 players....Modric to go to Chelsea for 35M, and City to loan a host of players

We got Ibra and Robinho on the final days(Robinho on THE final day)

Aquilani is coming thursday,i hope we get a CAM

I expect that porker Redknapp to try for every striker from Llorente to Gilardino and fail hard.

'Arry to sell Modric with 29 minutes to go before the deadline. THEN that's when he enters the transfer market for new players

Palacios/Crouch to Stoke
Wright-Philips to Bolton
Parker to QPR

modric to chelsea, 'arry then swoops in and picks up Diego from Wolfsberg.

chelsea will get modric. inter will get forlan. arsenal wont get anyone...

But I'm hoping (duh) that there will be some interesting deals still left to be done on this deadline day. Many mid-table teams across Europe are probably bargaining hard during these last days to get the best possible deals for them. That should lead to some last-day action when it's the ultimate take-it-or-leave-it decision.

My deadline day predos:
Santa Cruz from Man City to QPR.
Crouch from Tottenham to Stoke.
Jagielka from Everton to Arsenal.

If you're looking for a CAM, what better way is there to go for an Italian who is part of the International squad? He'll be in his prime, and with his magnificent treatment under OUR physios getting him fit again, I don't see why he can't play that role.

He better not leave for under 12m pounds either.

Yes, you're paying for a player we wanted to be rid of... such a horrible bit of business for us. We've released several players on a free to move this summer, mind you.
