Vincent Kompany vs Gael Clichy and Manuel Neuer vs Jerome Boateng

Man City eventually lost a game that looked done and dusted in the first half at 2-0 against Man Utd ,but a mix-up in defense between gael clichy and vincent kompany left joe hart at heart break.
Also,
Bayern munich lost their opening home match against a borussia mochengladbach when there was a similar mix-up as in city v utd between two germans in a german club at that and allowed igor de carmago to score:this time, jerome boateng and manuel neuer.

Are we going to be seeing more of these,in this new season???...

Had that been Arsenal against United, this thread would've exceeded its bandwidth with people ripping us apart, calling our defence weak, labelling whatever keeper was in goal at the time inexperienced and amateur and writing us off

As far as what happened at the end of the game today, Clichy, showing his ineptness once again, should've dealt with the ball instead of bailing out mid-bounce and leaving Kompany to clear up his mess, which he obviously didn't do

We'll be seeing a lot more of these, espevially when we're still hot off preseason and everyone's rusty.
