Getting thrashed by Man United makes you pretty flawed. You're supposed to be a top 2 team in La Liga. Why do you care if we borrow your refs every once in a while?

Re: UCL QFs
But I'll be honest, I've spent most of my time watching Premier League and Bundesliga games over the past year or so. I have less spare time these days, and the quality of La Liga in general has dropped substantially. Real Madrid will always be the only team I support, but it's hard to motivate myself to watch La Liga games these days.

Re: UCL QFs
One can't seriously think that Liverpool was the easiest draw when crap like Leipzig, Frankfurt, and Brugge were potential opponents in the round of 16. And regardless of current league form, nothing would suggest that Chelsea would be an easy opponent for Madrid judging by the last 2 confrontations.
And what about Madrid's form themselves? Being 12 points behind a mediocre Barcelona doesn't exactly indicate that they're a good team
As far as other teams are concerned, they're ripe for the taking as well. Yet according to some here, any opponent other than City and Bayern is just formality for Madrid.

Re: UCL QFs
Madrid in the league VS Madrid in the CL are two different teams in fairness.
Ironically, I feel Chelsea draw is the hardest they got since Chelsea is a very yo-yo team. The only other team I feel would've been difficult is probably City, Bayern is tough to say as I feel they aren't as good right now the City tie will tell us a lot, but Madrid usually take Bayern down.

Re: UCL QFs
This season, Bayern got PSG first and now Man City. So they've already had a tougher path than Madrid
I don't see Frau Hans complaining. Tschüss!

Probably because you don't see him at all these days. I've been awaiting his response every time there's been even a mildly debatable referee decision in these games ![Razz](https://2img.net/i/fa/i/smiles/icon_razz.gif)
