Akon used to have the hook game on lock. "Snitch", "Soul Survivor", "Locked up" , "Boss Life", "Certified", "We Takin Over", "Gangsta Bop"

I think Soul Survivor is still my favorite to this day, though.

Dreamchasers was one of the mixtapes of last year for me, and this track gives me high hopes for part 2.

Jay Electronica, I actually just started checking out some of his work. A friend who I played Gears with had mentioned his name. He already knows that I'm a fan of Budden and thought I might enjoy his music. I've only managed to check out a few songs and I'm interested in listening to more of his work. Feel free to throw out any albums or songs I should check out.

An album from Jay Electronica is as likely as "Detox", lol. It'd help to know what tracks you've heard so far, since most of his more profile tracks are his best and his general catalog isn't that extensive. I'd take a listen to "Style Wars" if you can download it. Overall, he tends to release sporadic tracks then and there instead.

I like Jay Bilas and his Young Jeezy quotables.

I remember when Bilas, a 40 year old man who went to Duke, started posting Jeezy lyrics on his twitter(Im sure he still does, lol) I thought it was a joke. He really does listen to Young Jeezy though. Real recognize real.

Does look impressive. On all of his albums he has had good features (including most of those), so yeah he's not the most talented but he does have good sense. I give him credit there.

Tape drops very soon, so we won't have to wait long.
