OMG I'm going to be so pissed if we throw it away. Atalanta next FFS. Imagine not dropping once from the top 4 all season to only lose your place in the last matchday.

It's because we practically use a 4-4-2. 5-3-2 will always have numerical superiorities against that and we don't exactly have the quality to overcome that and a parked bus.

De Zerbi new manager of Shakhtar

I’m surprised. I’ve been very impressed with his work at Sassuolo and expected him to move to a bigger Italian club

no milan has less quality than juve if we compare from player to player but juve seems to be confused team and milan took advantage of it hence u saw that result. milan still is a work under construction

Thanks Jesp. So its really to see after one whole season Pirlo's Juve still so clueless, like Lampard's Chelsea. Really strange that hes been able to keep his job till now. I dont watch Milan definitely a reason for your resurgence after all these years, although just held to 0-0 Razz Goes to show how bad Juve is...

It's been rumored for a long time. Nice move, he will get to play CL and experience a different league. His profile and ambition are very interesting, hopefully he doesn't flop.

It will be interesting to see who replaces him and if Sassuolo can build on his positive stint. There are rumors that they want Italiano, also a nice coach in a similar style. They have nice young and technical players. Sarri is too expensive for them but it would be an ideal coach.

And now Atalanta will ruin us because they play a 3-5-2 variation...

Honestly, i don't think i've ever been this angry at Milan in the past 7-9 years. Especially since we were 1st place in February and now we are missing out on top 4.

Unbelievable decline, injuries and a thin squad ruined us like i predicted many months ago, but Jjuve fans will say we are (fraudulently) unbeaten in a COVID season so its all right.

I dont think i can bring myself to watch this team week in week out next season if things remain the same.

Lazio 0-0 Torino

2 posts and a penalty saved keep Torino in Serie A. The result relegated Pippo's Benevento. Torino really is a train wreck, aire of not relegating only in the last match day.

Parma, Crotone and Benevento relegated. Empoli, Salernitana, and the winner of (probably) Venezia-Cittadella coming in to Serie A.

Am I the only one to not rate highly De Zerbi ?

His teams : very good  possession ball, but bad defence,
ok legit to develop players

Nothing of special in my eyes for deserving a big club

Proper for a careless football where no pressure and results are not the most important thing

Quite hipster for Shaktar

I wouldn't say De Zerbi makes sense for Juve or Inter at this time. For Shaktar its interesting. They had Fonseca doing well with them and he failed at Roma, they generally have this kind of attacking football mentality. Right level to step up.

More interesting to go to Shaktar than Fiorentina.

I can think of many Italian coaches right now who deserve the 'nothing special' tag.

Remember when this place was hyping up the likes of Giampaolo and De Francesco not too long ago.

I think the Shakhtar move for De Zerbi is interesting as it gives him a direct route to the CL and if he impresses there, it may even unlock some better opportunities down the road in other leagues beyond Serie A. It's sorta what Spalletti did with Zenit.

Man, Urbano Cairo really needs to shut the fuck up.

He is acting like a betrayed lover when it comes to Immobile who clearly wanted a step up from his increasingly irrelevant club, and accuses him of being "red-eyed" (term in Italiano for all too competitive) in their game last night v Torino.

This old romantic concept that a player needs to be "loyal" to a club only comes from lower to mid-table clubs like Torino to Valencia to Arsenal. A player does not owe his loyalty to the club unless mounted efforts are made to keep him via money or results.

Cairo is a shit owner and needs to vacate Torino so they wont just rely on some in form strikers like Ciro or Belotti.

Whining old man.

Probably the most entertaining Juve match of the season. Could go either way.

Atalanta made better but 1-1
2nd goal in a row for Malinovsky against Juve

Atalanta won only 1 trophy in their history, Coppa Italia , in 1963
It Is another reason why I support them today....

I think Malinovskiy scores in every game against us

Is he available ? We should make an offer, none of our midfielders can take a shot on goal

And he's subbed out immediately Laughing

Between the legs of the keeper, not a tremendous finish by Chiesa but we'll take it

Defensively the guys do fine in this set-up. Let's avoid brain cramps and we lift this consolation trophy.

I can tell you from now that having watched the match, that we will not cope with Atalanta's numerical superiority. You need quick decisions or skills like that 2nd goal for Chiesa to unlock that defense, something which we do not possess, as Hakan likes to sit and stir on the ball for 11 minutes trying to find a shooting chance outside the box.
