Unbelievable how La Liga has weakened in recent years. This is the same Atlético that got roflstomped by Bayern a couple weeks ago and couldn't beat their C team at home a few days ago. Now, they are topping the league and have won their last 5 games.

The state of Barça and Madrid is truly dreadful.

Talk about being unlucky. I swear, the kid is really talented, but for some reason he fails most of the time to take full advantage of his talent and ends being very frustrating to watch.

But seriously Ive said some time ago top 4 is all we should for this season and this is a completely transitional year that we just have to wait out. All these results are not a surprise at all.

And Real are back. Carvajal is such a beast. Congrats to Real for the league, completely outplaying Atletico, I just dont see how they cannot win it being so much better than them lol... and they should improve sooner
or later with Atletico surely dropping points as the season goes. Players like Lucas and Modric are also so underrated, they do so much work for the team and often overlooked.

No, he certainly gave us many reasons this year to criticize him, and I'm sure I don't even need to remind you of them.

It's great that he came good today and he certainly has our respect and gratitude for the win against this team of thugs that I hate so much, but let's not act like the criticism wasn't justified. We could practically feel the breeze of Europa League gliding against our faces no longer than a week ago, and the heavy defeat against Valencia or Alaves' didn't help his case either.

That match showed Suarez's age in a big way as he really was many steps behind and I am totally fine with that.

Also, Zidane gets it usually right for these type of matches (didn't help Atleti choked either), you know, the big matches. It's matches that still need big performances but lack the spotlight where his side gets it wrong more often than not.

The criticism has been completely deserved and I still maintain we aren't a well coached side but that derby win was huge and he deserves the plaudits for getting his lads prepared for it.

Struggling so much to beat LEVANTE who is 18th lool, who werent hardly even competitive and defensively so open, relying on Messi off the post striker to scrap through 1-0. Oh well, thats the level we are these days... we really have to work for each three points this season to get top 4, thats all we should aim for.

Lol we actually play well for once but griezmann keeps passing to the opponents and Sociedad get 1 chance after 25 minutes and score. Unlucky but also that's what you get for squandering chance after chance.
