Benz has been playing like this since the turn of the year. Vinicius is absolutely isolated out on that flank. He has no support bar Isco who is slower than a rhino

In Vini's extremely little defense, Barcelona knows he is the only real wing threat so they just overload the left side. So if Vini happens to get pass Semedo (he hasn't), Pique and Vidal are there to make sure he goes nowhere.

This is no different than what I saw with Solari tbh.

The speed and penetration with they played in last 30-35 mins, I doubt City will be able to handle them. But it will be a different case if Madrid will be allowed to have spaces like the Barca are leaving in such a big game.
