Listened to the leader of Verona ultras speak after the racism vs Balotelli. Jesus fucking christ worse than I even expected. No clue how the reporter interviewing him didn't lose it at his arrogance during the whole thing. This pos (and his ultras), not only racially abused Balotelli, but chant for Hitler and call it "gogliardia". It translates to basically "fraternity" as in wanting to say it's just for fun and camaraderie! while actually seriously defending hitler. Luckily he is on track to get a lifetime ban from the stadium.

Hellas have probably the worst Ultras in Serie A but not the only ones, as in Cagliari before. All of these groups need to be closed and disbanded, removed from all status in stadiums.

Balo, to his credit, doesn't even want the ultras as a whole banned. Just the ones who specifically racially abused him.

This is dangerous stuff though from that Ultra leader. Gaslighting is significantly worse than outright denial.

After Inter lose a 2-0 lead to BVB last night, Conte was NOT happy & he explained some underlying problems to Inter who are trying to compete on multiple fronts, with a very limited amount of players both in quantity & quality according to Conte

LOL Roma doesn't need any help from me when it comes to jinxes. They seem to get on with that just fine without me.

Either way, this usually around the time of year when the other shoe drops. Hopefully that doesn't happen and if anything, it seems like the opposite is happening, which is very encouraging.

More specifically though, I think Fonseca has instilled a "no excuses" mentality into a team that seemed to always have one under previous coaches.

I don't think anyone was going to challenge let alone dethrone Old Lady this season @Kick. Inter needs further rebuilding, this season is about consolidation and ensuring top-four without any fuss. Napoli is happy with CL but might do an Arsenal this season, Milan is the MU of Italy and Roma is (sigh) ROMA.

Agreed, but the start did look promising for Inter and Napoli.

More like our Vidal replacement, albeit a bit of a poor man's Vidal. But it wasn't going to happen, anyway. He wanted to go to Inter (I think he's a fan) and we didn't have money for a transfer fee for a mid.

Kluivert playing a great game so far, if he can do this consistently he has become a real player.

Where next for D'Aversa? Watching Parma his work is very clear. Very organized, high press, very direct, very effective. 2 promotions back to back to bring Parma to A, then confirming Parma at 14th last season, and now has them in the top half. Probably gonna drop soon enough to around 12th or so in the end, which is good for this squad.

The ideas are totally clear and its effective football. I guess he will be at a Sampdoria next season? Time for a step up

How badly are Juve going to beat Milan?

Hmm. We will win tonight, but we are on period of bad form (all things considered) so we arent beating anyone badly at the moment. Basically all our games are 2-1 wins.
