All too late for one of the greatest Liverpool teams I've witnessed. I'd rate this team much above Masch-Alonso-Gerrard led by Torres.

Hard to say when there are no elite teams around during this period. Back then every top team in Europe were great.

Liverpool just need to buy a few more players. Our first 11 is top class but if as we saw a few months back salah and firmino have a bit of a bad run we don’t have quality players to step in for them. It’s clear we won’t win the title this season but the team have done us proud.

No teams have great backups except City.

Officially LFC full backs have 25 assists this season, 13 for Andy and 12 for ATA. I have them on 28. 16 for Andy.

It is, 90 mins anything can happen. Points on the board are always better than having to play another 90 mins.

And you're example, it would be City fans who would feel what I am feeling otherwise you're thinking all wrong.

I hate to break it to you but you're most probably not going to be able to win the league

exactly for the reason that it isn't

You're looking at it all wrong and the only way to prove it is City dropping points, which this team of all teams won't. But if you believe games in hand is better, stick to your bundesliga where you have guaranteed wins before you even play and you can go out have a good time without tuning into the game.

Also, I am, as every Liverpool fan around me, well aware we aren't going to win the league and trust me this thought isn't new to me because it seems otherwise in yours.

For the PL, Points on the board is much much better than having games in hand. Arsenal losing to Wolves and United losing to City when all other teams have played is one example of a million in every season but I doubt you'd even try to understand the dynamics since clearly you don't.
