Because Firmino is out, obviously. If Origi was playing you'd complain why he didn't use the opportunity to accomodate Keita and be more solid

About the best line-up I would have hoped for from Klopp in context to Firmino not starting to which worries me given his general play is by far the best in our front three.

Hopefully we can still find a way to pressure their back four to disconnect them from the midfield and isolate Arthur though Rakatic in such big stages worries me on how he manages to bypass even the most physical midfields so effortlessly.


Either way I am saying it here I have little doubt we will go through and will surprise many tonight in Nou Camp.

The line ups though, surprised to see Vidal, buts hes been a monster recently in terms of winning everything in midfield, clearly Valverde wants him to compete in there vs the though Liverpool midfielders. Coutinho better have a good game as hes been getting better and better but u never know.

What happened with Liverpool's RB? Where is Gomez playing instead of the first choice?

Liverpool getting a lot of hype and hopes, but we should be better if we play our level which is clearly better than them. This is so important for us, its been our aim of the season, to make up for Roma, and I hope we get good advantage tonight and not leave it until the second leg, GO BARCA~!!!

Keita is gonna play LW I guess, he already played there a couple of times earlier this season. Firmino not starting is a huge loss though

I say again it feels like EPL fans dont watch La Liga enough, its always the same, espeically MAn U fans U guys always underestimate just how good Barca is.

Busquets and Vidal have regressed, I would say Busquets is long past it, but they're still 2 of the top 10 midfielders of the last decade. And on their day they can show it again.

Rakitic another world class player.
Not sure what RG is doing.

They also have Arthur already there, De Jong arriving in the summer and a promising academy graduate in Alena, so the revamp has already happened.

Vidal has been improving as he played more and more for us, and almost back to his best in recent couple of games, he doesnt score anymore, but hes combating and tackling in midfield has been huge for us, his weaknesses though is he tends to make loose passes and arent as good under pressure as Arthur. Busuqets has had plenty of rest and Rakitic is as usual, which is usually good enough.
