Re: Santiago Solari Sack Watch
Tells you what a lack of top managers there is at the moment when Real Madrid hire not one but two nobodies in a single season.

Re: Santiago Solari Sack Watch
Never understood the need and want for the team to fail from supposed fans, why is it so hard to admit that the squad is good minus flopsco and lesser extent asensio (you know the players who expected to succeed the most under jlo) if the team fails then what dump it all on Benz as cf is that the grand scheme at the end of all this? Real madrid fans are the only fans I see taking delight when the team is down and sound bitter when things are better thanks to certain failure cf, it's not like other elite teams are setting the world on fire either so a semi final exit and second place is well within cards still and I wouldn't be surprised if the team united atleast the key under Solari win something.

Re: Santiago Solari Sack Watch
the first criteria nowadays to coach our team is "do the players like you?" and they visibly like Solari. they will take care of the rest.Art Morte wrote:Tells you what a lack of top managers there is at the moment when Real Madrid hire not one but two nobodies in a single season.
There are plenty of big names around, we just did not go for them

Well, the club did try for Pochentino and Conte but one already had a gf and the other was in a complicated relationship.

I see we're still being linked to Pochettino, but he seems to be rightfully critical of our quickfire manager sacking policy. I don't know if he'll come, unless he suddenly finds himself out of a job in the near future.
