We did yet again Hala
I am sure I am totally wrong but since there was not attempt to play the ball and he denied a legit goal scoring opportunity, the ref was in the right to send him off.

There was scam in this that if the tackle is innocous and a legit attempt to play the ball, The last man is not sent off. I think it was Phil Jones, one of the best examples for this situation.
Now that I see the replay, it was a soft push but enough for the lad to go down so yeah was a foul and a red because there was no attempt to play the ball.

Burnley in last 8 of the WC
jokes aside...this Sweden team is solid AF. Will give a tough game to both England/Colombia. also mentally very strong to come back in such fashion after that heart-breaking loss to Germany.

Typical Switzerland.
They are though on group stage, they can beat/stop even Spain and Brazil in their prime.. but then they will be knock out on 16th from an average NT after penalty kicks or for 1-0

Well done Sweden. They do well considering they don’t have any club teams in that country

Ffs I am so so proud of this team. Even Berg who can never score a goal. They continue to soldier on.

Finland's neighbours competing who can go further in this WC, although I'm all for underdogs I'm not sure how I feel about this any more.
Not really surprised that a jammy goal decided this game.
