A 1:0 suffices. Then head to head is even and overall GD is even and you have scored more goals.
A 2:1 doesn't suffice, then Napoli wins the head to head.

Agreed and confirmed, if it is 1:0, normal H2H rules apply and the official website shows they have a GD of 3 as of now and we have a GD of 1. But after 1:0, GD will get down to 2 for both the teams but we will have scored 9 goals; where as Napoli only 7 goals overall during the group stages.

So we have to make sure, either we win it 1:0 or win such way that GD in H2H is better for Liverpool e.g. 3-1 to Liverpool.
