Milan are just pure awful at playing the ball from the back. And they lost their only half decent passing outlet in Bonucci to Juventus. All that money spent and they dont have a single player that can make a pass/keep possession. Higuain is going to be frustrated for the whole season if things stay this way tbh.

Idk what you guys were watching but Milan played a great game imho. Keep in mind they haven't won against Napoli for 8 years. If this game is foreshadowing for their season they'll definetly make top 4 when Caldara is integrated and Conti is back. Their second goal was a team move with over 30 passes iirc. They have huge potential and lots of grinta. They also have the serie a record holder for most goals in a season leading them.
They were playing against a team that finished 27 poinst above them ffs. Give them some credit.

Remember when Serie A teams barely played winger based systems ? Employing wing-backs was more of a common theme. If you had to name one or two quality wide players, you would have had a difficult time coming up with the names.

Now they're full off it.

Serie A teams follow the example of Juventus. When we played 3 at the back, a lot of teams employed that system. When we transitioned to a wing based setup, you see other teams doing the same now. The football has changed in Italy. This is why we're seeing reasonable success in Europe too now.

This season's Kalinic ?

Yes we wonder what's their problem
Udinese vs Samp was a much better choice... followed by Torino vs Inter later this afternoon

I'll watch Dortmund vs Red Bull instead

Allan is a fantastic midfielder, I'd say the most underrated Napoli player.
And he's never been called up from Brazil lol

Società Polisportiva Ars et Labor (Arts and labor multi-sport company) has competed in Serie A for 25 seasons. They never got top 4 but have finished 5th and were a mid-table team in Serie A in the 50s and most of the 60s. The strange name was always on the Totocalcio contest stubs my grandfather betted on. They are from Ferrara but I only learned that much later. They were formed in 1919, so they are older than GL. The undisputed best league in the world, La Liga, have clubs with smaller stadiums. I like to see these small teams with Serie A history back in Serie A. And, they beat the club with the coolest uniforms today, Parma.

SPAL got 6 points in 2 games... they lack talent but they are humble and hard-working, i bet they can avoid relegation.

Chievo's time is up, finally, this year they won't escape their fate. 100% going down. Udinese might join them, they only have one decent player (Behrami 33 years old) rest of the squad is below average.

Frosinone is a relegation lock.
