Re: E3 2018
The first Unravel was supposed to be decent wasn't it?
First actual thing of substance so far tbh, the rest has been just talk of what we are going to do etc etc.

Re: E3 2018
Cloud gaming will be a huge disruptor in the market.
If it succeeds, it will simply change the face of the gaming landscape. Microsoft and Sony will be the most affected, as Nintendo already is not getting 3rd Party Support.

He cried when he revealed the first game, which is refreshingly genuine from the rest of EA.

Sony bought Cloud gaming company, Gaikai around the time when the PS4 came out. I suspect they're prepared for the possibility that cloud gaming may be a thing of the near future.

Oh yeah, I remember this being a big deal many years ago but nothing has really come of it since, wouldn't surprise me if it's progressing for the future though.

That will still mean that 3rd parties will use 3rd party Cloud gaming solutions (or their own services). Meaning that Sony will lose a significant chunk of game sales royalties. Unlike Microsoft, Sony has the exclusive 3rd party content and Japanese studio support to survive the Western titans exodus, but that will decrease their profits compared to the PS4.

Yeah, I never had any interest in it in it's current state, but it's beneficial for them to have the technology prepared for the day when cloud gaming takes over. Like VR tech, it can only improve.

That game looks interesting tbh, the two indie games are the most interesting of this conference so far

Re: E3 2018
Unravel Two, a semi-indie 2D platformer with a focus on 2 player couch co-op.
Does not release on the Switch.
I don't even know why Nintendo invites EA to their console releases
