Holy goosebumps on Ave Maria at the beginning, and then smacked on the face that this haven't had any kind of enchancement after its release and the resolution is max 1600x1200. Nothing that third party tweaks can't fix I'm sure.

-Shadows Die Twice is still soulsborne-esque in ways, but with totally different gameplay and theme, but they cannot say anymore right now on the specifics.
-They say the story is deep and fantastic.
-They're going to show us the actual gameplay this week. It's fresh and again, totally different from Dark Souls.
-They are working on 3 projects right now. Shadows Die Twice, a new VR game (which will be announced this week as well), and an unannounced game.
-The wish to release one game in a year as their target for releasing their games right now.

Excited for Shadow die twice still.

We'll see. I need my Souls-borne type game fix, in a dark fantasy setting. Hopefully Ghosts of Tsukishima scratches that itch. Fromsoft have earned my trust though so I'm sure It'll be decent regardless.

Ghost of Tsukishima will be catered for casuals i think.

Don't think Tsukishima is going to be a Souls-like game, based on the one teaser, i'm thinking its gonna be a narrative like single player game.

Yeah i don't understand Firenze either tbh.

Will be more like other Open World RPGs but because it's in a Feudal Japan setting and one of the best things Infamous did was it's traversal is what makes it exciting.

Not seeing Souls like at all from it.

We'll see. I hope it's a slightly dark action RPG with interesting combat. Not too bothered if it's more narrative focused, something akin to Nioh hopefully.

Yeah i don't know why you expect that given the developers history.

Not a chance it will be anything like that, more likely to be like Horizon or Red Dead than any Souls type game.

..so I shouldn't expect an open world action adventure RPG with good combat but then you say it's more likely to be an open world action adventure RPG with good combat like Horizon

the reason I said I hope it scratches my dark souls itch had nothing to do with difficulty but more so gameplay hopes, since it's set in the Feudal Japan period, I'm hoping for a good combat system focused around swords.and other handheld weapons.

I don't see any reason it can't be that and narrative focused (kinda like Nioh was) that's exactly what I'm expecting actually.

I mean that type of combat, you should expect good combat. Lord knows i do but i don't think it's going to play like Souls tbh.

I'm expecting it to be fast paced, with various options to attack and stealth to be a factor.

Honestly Core gameplay wise Horizon wouldn't surprise me but obviously their won't be ridiculous machines to take down lol.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's really fast combat wise tbh.

Q1 next year is sounding stacked tbh, everything is being moved there because of Red Dead.

Days Gone and Metro are in that time frame too.

Expecting some of them to probably move to march/april

I'm watching for the cringe corporate speak and the hope they get Roman Reign's style heat tbh.
