Diego Armando Maradona and Jose Mourinho both agree, the English are the worst divers and resort to theatrics to fool the referee. If you dont believe EPL's greatest club manager of all time and the greatest player of all time (pity he died so young) then who can you trust.

Agreed. Var could potentially limit playacting to a minimum, but evidently, most refs are too proud to use VAR unless it's absolutely necessary. Then again, there's always the argument that VAR takes away some of the charm and enjoyment of the game.

I just saw a video on facebook. Wish I knew how to cut and paste. In any event. It’s a guy kicking a soccer ball to a british bulldog. Ball hits dog and he immediately goes down flips on his back and plays dead!

Very telling that it was a British dog!

The worst was Kyle Walker faking an injury and then when the ball didn’t go out, he made the highest jump I’ve seen in this tournament to clear the ball just 5 seconds later. What a shameful c*nt.

The fact he mustered any sort of adrenaline to do what he did to help his country should be praised not criticised.

He could barely walk for about 5 minutes afterwards.

Also, Marcelo and Ramos would be our divers so to speak. Marcelo tries but he just looks stupid (as Sports said). Ramos has perfected the art of the simulation, it's almost admirable.
