Yeah right
No certain starting player at a somewhat functioning and financially stable club is ever allowed to leave in January.

Pardew bought a big international fanbase with him during his tenure.
Watch the same happen to West Brom.

was awful vs Juventus, looked brainless. No idea why anybody with any football brain let alone Chelsea staff would want to replace Matic with him

No other club was interested in him other than chelsea. Monaco didn't even ask for more. Sold him as soon as a bid arrived lmao
It's like fifa career mode, some club comes for your trash and you actually lower the price so they happily take him.

Yeah i know we do, like i've said before i don't really complain about it because Merino aside barely anyone can trap a *bleep* football without falling over.
But yeah...

Re: Premier League 17-18 Discussion Part 5
Can't see anything other than Drinkwater benching Bakayoko soon
Matic is elite but him and Kante together wasn't that great, he looked a bit lost at times (I know they won the league, Kante was GOAT) Chelsea thought they were getting a Pogba clone, some dynamic lad that could play as a B2B, must have seen my Pro Evo 2015 highlights where he was class, but again, a lot of Ligue 1 watchers were saying Bakayoko didn't look that great, did Conte want him or was he forced on him? honestly Conte's signings in general have been pretty shite, still moving like he's a Serie A manager in the transfer window ffs
