If they do, it's 80% Ranieri's fault. He set them on this path this season. Sacking him was the right decision and arguably overdue.

Its the players fault not his. What can he do if they simply refuse to turn up week and week out. Last seasons exploits really got to their heads. Fcking poses. Genuinely want to see them relegated now.

Oddo had a rude awakening in Serie A. He won promotion by playing great football and making everyone fall for Pescara yet again. The problem was that he went into Serie A with the same mentality of outplaying his opponents everytime. You can't survive a relegation fight like that, so Pescara kept getting hammered and there were 6-2s and 5-3s and the like (Oddo for Monaco ). Everyone thought he would adapt but in the end he didn't.

So they brought back Zdenek *bleep* Zeman

Make them turn up like every good manager should.

Motivation is part of the job description, something he's clearly failed to do.

It's very easy to blame the players, but the reality is he has a history of being unable to self-motivate and everything going to shit once his teams go on a bad run.

Every top level manager has to be able to do this, he's never shown he can.

Only in football where the manager basically fails to self motivate his employees and it's not considered a failure on his part.

He is not going to be different, thats the beauty of it

They will still relegate but they will do so in the most splendorous way possible now basically. He is basically their choice for the memories of his last Pescara stint where he got them back to Serie A (coaching the trio of Verratti, Immobile, Insigne).

Yeah I guess getting sacked in favour of Zeman is clearly the best version of getting sacked
