Compared to the rest, yes. But if you consider they could have gotten him for free, they messed up there.

Stones can be exempted because being English he was always going to cost a fortune and if he played alongside Kompany he would already be improving.

The lessons here should be obvious. Don't employ Spanish directors of football and if you do then make sure he doesnt spend horrific ding on Liga Nos, Valencia, Serie A or Montenegran defenders.

You should also make sure he isn't planning on spending zero ding on full backs for five seasons or signing free transfers from the world renowned defensive juggernaut that is Arsenal.

If you do sign full backs from Arsenal make sure that they can either 1. defend or 2. attack. If they are useless at both and have a woman's name then avoid.

Otimendi have been decent tbf, at least best out of the list above Stones makes so many mistakes, but everyone is forced to basically but he is just so bad... not sure if he'll turn it around, if he doesnt not sure if he should be first choice next summer and if they will sign someone better.
