its not often I agree with you but I do on this one. when people are paying 55mill and 120mil on scrubs like stones and pogba you just know football has gone mad.Firenze wrote:Stones worth 55m because he can pass the ball apparently

The price and wages are ridiculoous but Pogba IS a legit world class player in the making. There's no doubt about that, really.

Any young English player playing consistently in the league will command a huge fee. Factor in teams having more disposable cash than sense and City's need for home grown players to meet squad requirements and you get ridiculous fees like what City played for Stones.
Stones is undoubtedly having a horrible time of it at the moment but then I don't think any City defender has flourished under Pep yet. They're playing in a way that's exposing their defence and with average defenders it's going to be a horror show back there. Without extreme levels of control City look very brittle.
I don't think it'll stay that way, though. Pep is more adaptable than people give him credit for.

Serie Zzzz. What s sh* league. Italian coaches could never coach in the Premier League and have any type of success whatsoever, never mind actually winning the title...

People doubted Italian coaches? Are you making that up? In the last 6 years alone Ancelotti and Mancini have won the PL. No right thinking person would imply that Italian coaches are incapable of winning the PL.
Edit: Forgot to add Ranieri. So that's half of the last 6 PL titles won by Italian coaches. I don't think anyone has ever said the PL can't be won by Italian coaches, sir.

I know. I'm referring to the point of his sarcasm. Seems like he's trying to troll someone for a previous comment.

Arsenal/Liverpool/Tottenham could get la crème de la crème of italian coaches like prime Sacchi/Capello/Nereo Rocco and still not win the PL imo tbh

Nah Prime Sacchi would destroy the PL with ANY team really. And that's coming from a Juve fan...

Rondon nearly scored. Luiz can't handle him

It's an even game so far. Not a lot of chances either way. Chelsea, as expected, dominating the ball, but Rondon has given Luiz some trouble when the ball has reached that part of the pitch.

I wonder if I have ever seen a defender with the worst footballing brain than Luiz playing for a top 4-7 team across top 5 leagues in Europe.
