If Serie A is such a sh*t league why do Italian coaches keep dominating the Premier League? Chelsea couldn't even make Europa League last year and this year with Conte they are ripping up the league with no competition. Funny how that works. Meanwhile Juve without Conte is still at the same level or better, making the Champions League final without him and still winning the league every year.

Even giants like AC Milan are fielding players that wouldn't start for Crystal Palace reserves.

It's barely above Ligue 1 in terms of quality and relevance nowadays, nobody but Serie A fanboys care about your whining and delusion that it's a top league. Juventus are a good side, but even on their best day are a million miles behind the best teams in the world. Now pipe down before we sign your entire starting 11 and send you back to Serie B.

I say all this as a former fan of the league but it's in a pitiful state and shows no signs of improving

I do think there are many talented players in the league though and a lot of great talents have come through Serie A in recent years, so I would vehemently disagree with that point.

Tactically, the league is quite strong also. Watching what Montella has done with quite a dire Milan side, or Sousa's Fiorentina against Juventus this season for example, Sarri's Napoli without a true #9, Spaletti's Roma this season and of course, Allegri's Juventus. That's just the bigger teams, Gasperini has done wonders with Atalanta, Di Francesco with Sassuolo... anyways, I'll stop there, there have been some amazing matches this season in my opinion and Serie A has looked its strongest in the past several years, with all hints that this growth will continue and be supplemented by the fourth CL sport returning (if that 4th spot historical bs rule actually comes through).

Now, that's the good. The bad is quite obvious. Look at Milan's signings, Inter again did not make it through a calendar season without changing their manager. Napoli looks a team that is always a bridesmaid, never a bride and the same can be said for Roma.

You probably weren't around when Serie A was the most dominant league in the world.  The 2000's were tough on Serie A with Calciopoli basically destroying the league.  With that said the league is miles better than it was even 3 years ago.  It's nice when you get a $200 billion dollar TV contract so you can buy any player in the world and then talk about how great your league is.  Serie A doesn't have that contract so unfortunately not even Juve can spend $100 million on one player unless they sell the same.

Things are changing though.  It is happening right before your eyes.  Within the next 2-3 years Serie A will be a different league and you will see more stars come to Italy.  With the Chinese money coming into the league, Inter and Milan will rise again.  Inter already is spending big and buying quality players.  If Inter make top 3 this year then they will spend big in the summer and will challenge next year in the CL.  

As for signing our top 11, if you did you would still finish in 6th place.  There is no hope for ManU really.  Once you spend a billion dollars and can't even qualify for the CL you might as well cheer for a different team.  If I were you I'd look at maybe Chlesea as an alternative.  With Conte at the helm at least you can cheer for a winner and have hope each week.

I'd have him as a sub for now, Rabiot is just more consistent and has more big game experience against elite sides.

For all the skills he have he has his mentality is of a scrub. DOnt remember the last time when he has delivered in a crunch game/situation. Always bottles it. If Mourinho took Mkhi, Martial and Shaw out of the team for a while to perfect their attitude, same has to be done of Pogba.

Not sure why fans of other leagues try to cry foul at the PL's TV money. We earned it through an extended period of consistency and delivering great entertainment to fans around the world. Do that with your league and you'll earn something similar in TV money too. It's that simple.

I think the price tag is weighing heavy in his mind, to the point where he feels he has to do everything himself. Opting for a dribble when a pass is the right option, or shooting and/or playing a hollywood pass instead of keeping it simple.

When he has a bad game it's worse, and you can see his confidence shrink during the match.

He's still a quality player and there's times this season when he has dug us out of the shit- intricate through ball for Ibra to score the winner v Palace, last min winner v Boro and just recently he played a sublime pass for Ibra to score the winner v Blackburn.

I think next season, after a rest and a pre season, he'll be much better.

Ps; he badly needs to work on his composure and finishing in front of goal.

It's not just the price tag, he used to do the same to us. Instead of trying to keep it simple he was always going for something special. Annoying to watch sometimes

I like how your also leaving out that your league is the easiest to watch for foreigners due to to language. It's the language we are all on here communicating (mind you I am Mexican and your little badge says your Cuban). That goes along way.
