Already prefer Luke Cage over JJ. I hated the supporting cast, especially the twins even though JJ & Barty Crouch, Jr Killgrave was goat it wasn't enough to put it over LC.

So far DD1 > DD2 (thanks to The Punisher) > LC > JJ

Best scene in the show for me ......Cottonmouth looks so much like my grandpa when he was that age.

Diamondback should've stayed in the shadows and played puppetmaster a little longer. He just didn't have enough depth to him.

Problem with Diamondback was that he was initially talked about as a mafia boss like kingpin was as Tom mentioned. But his introduction was as a soldier and it just didn't match. I know why they did it that way since it was personal between him and Cage but they could have build him better.

There was a lot of foreshadowing for Heroes For Hire. I'm guessing they are gonna combine Luke Cage and Iron Fist to Heroes For Hire soon. With Punisher already filming, it looks like we will get Punisher next year at the time Luke Cage aired this year and Defenders at the end of the year. After I'm guessing comes JJ season 2, Daredevil season 3 and Heroes For Hire.

Do you guys think we will ever see a MCU character make a cameo in one of these shows?

Nope, I don't think that'll happen. If it does, I feel like that would probably be with some super obscure character that was barely noticeable.

Entire scene when he was spitting that and how relevant that track was to the scenes. It fit so well.

Just finished it. I think I have a terrible taste on TV shows lol for me JJ>LC>DDS1>DDS2. Idk why I love JJ so much, it's one of my favorite shows ever

Started watching this after only seeing like 3 daredevil episodes (seemed good) and no jesica jones. Luke Cage just seemed a lot more interesting to me than the other 2, but I'll end up watching everything anyway.

Watched the first 3 episodes, loved it. I like the pacing, the supporting cast, the villain, Luke, all of them. Only the male cop is kind of annoying, the rest are good. I thought Shades would be cringy when he first showed up but he turned out good so far. Cottonmouth is outstanding, don't know the actor but he is great imo. Cage's acting isn't the best but I'm liking the personality of the character a lot.

The only thing I'm wondering is how is anyone gonna be a threat to Luke Cage? he is too much of a beast.

Liked the filming a lot too. I'm not sure what it is but this feels like a comic book, the way some the scenes and transitions are done feel that way. That's cool.

The soundtrack and the banter are top notch. Everything that happens around that barber shop is great.

Yeah agree with jibers, I liked the Luke Cage the least of all the original Marvel Netflix series. Maybe the expectations were too high aftere the trailer but I was disappointed. If I had to rank them it'd be:

Daredevil S1 > Jessica Jones > Daredevil S2 > Luke Cage

Tbf it's Marvel so they could always just bring in a villain who can hurt Cage. He's hardly a powerhouse.
