Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
Tevez was deemed a CL flop too before he joined Juventus, led them to a final
Higuain is a world class #9 and a player that would undoubtedly improve the team.
Manduzkic-Dybala or Higuain-Dybala as our attack?
Yes, I thought so
It's not really difficult guys, I get the banter to a degree but acting like Higuain would not instantly improve Juventus on the basis of his CL performances with Real Madrid is quite laughable.
Although I do agree he is a mental midget, Juventus just has other personnel. His arrival would really complete our team if it happens but I still don't think it will. It's one of those things you have to see to believe.

crazy how a couple of years ago we were thinking 40m for a top forward was bananas
an elite striker is what Juve need if they want to win CL again, good reinvestment of the Pogba sale IMO
Pogba won't leave this for a Europa challenge with United.
He'll stay with us this year and then *bleep* off next year after we win CL while United would still be struggling to make top 4

Considering Tevez record before that season it was an understandable point of view.

Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
He probably won't help them win the CL, but buying him would inevitably weaken their strongest rival in Italy. I think that's something Juventus would want to do.

Higuain for mad money worth it? For CL? KEK! I hope juventus sign him, the amusement will be worthwhile.
Juventus fans when Higuain miss eliminates them from cl this upcoming season:
Higuain is one of the best strikers in the world, of course he is worth more than €40m. Leave your biased opinion against him and think for a moment, the man broke a 66 year old record with Napoli last season.
And? What do Juve need to improve on in Serie A? score more goals?
They want to win the CL and based on Higuains CV and his exploits he is definitely not worth the price. It would be the equivalent of us saying we bought Ibra to win the Cl. Higuain has shown he is a bottler at the highest level. Every year he has a high profile mental collapse. For that price based on what he can give them he isn't worth it but based on todays market that isnt really anything. If Juve think he is worth it and want to pay that much then he is worth that much. Personally I don't see what he will add to the squad. I hope he proves me wrong.
Higuain has improved a lot as a player since the Real Madrid days, he scores in most of Napoli's big games these days so this really doesn't hold at all any more. He has scored against Juventus, Roma, Inter etc.. he has scored in cup games and league games. He has scored in europe for Napoli aswell.

not even banter baiting, if you don't think that Pogba is funding a potential Higuain move you are crazy
inb4 you're selling all these peripheral players to fund it..nah
no coincidence people were saying Raiola was meeting with Juve this week and now all these rumors of Juve going uncharacteristically HAM in the transfer market, all signs point to a Pogba sale announcement once this is sealed up IMO. Could be wrong, and if you sign Higuain and keep hold of Pogba then that's quite the statement. I just don't see it.

Robben has scored the decisive goals in all our finals we won, of the last few years.
Of course he's also missed the decisive goals in the finals we lost, but in reality that only proves that he's been the man for us.
The man who wins stuff for us. No Robben, no title. That's the simple formula of FC Bayern.
Also-rans like Kroos or Lewandowski play no part in it.

I'm not saying it wasn't Mole, I'm saying its a flawed set of logic to assume the situation will be absolutely paralleled. It's like buying a highly rated young player and automatically assuming he will become a world class player, we all know that isn't how it works.
Were talking about a team that went undefeated with Vucinic and Matri up front. A team that went to the CL final with Morata and Tevez. Now were talking about Higuain and Dybala and some can't see the strength in that?
It seems quite blatantly obvious to me but again I don't think Higuain will be a Juventus player come next season.

Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
Who else can Juventus get if not Higuain? Aguero? Benzema? Lewa? Suarez?
Higuain is one of the best strikers in the world. At least Juventus are trying to improve even more by adding in a WC player.
Let's not forget they also have Dybala who is more than capable of winning a match by himself

Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
It was just how it happened in big CL games Hans.
Games against Madrid and Chelsea he was missing chances he wouldn't usually miss. Hell he did it against Dortmund too but managed to take one that counted so who cares.
I agree with you in general though, Bayern win when Robben plays well and scores in big games. Shame that he's constantly injured lol.

I think so too. If Juventus meets Napoli's £78 million release clause for Higgy, Pogba is as good as gone.

Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
don't need to be a financial expert to know that a club that asks players to pay part of their transfer fee isn't going to suddenly drop 90m on a striker in the same window
we're funding any Higuain move. Dealio with it.

maybe in Mehrie A
whether he can win a game himself on a cold night at the King Power in the CL remains to be seen tbh

You're funding nothing other than filling agents pockets so mercenaries can join you. Pogba obviously ain't one of them. Go fantasize about Matuidi and Europa league. That's your level. Why don't you dealio with it.

Firenze underestimating Higuain smh.

While extending Pogba's contract at the same time.
I heard Sissoko is very marketable. Going with the French team to participate in the Olympics. Should pay £100M for him imo.

Re: Official: Higuain to Juve
I like how we are always gonna "walk" the league and yet the only league with a more narrow gap than ours was Spain
Of course he would improve our attack in every way. Why are we pretending that Mandzukic and Morata are as good as he is now?
