Rules
1. Don't need to take their defensive ability into consideration.
2. Midfielders part time jobbing as CBs does not count.
3. Totally shit CBs are not eligible.

Pique has declined, not as good as he used to be. Though the midfield in front of him declining is also a factor.
David Luiz could be up there actually if he wasn't so stupid. But I guess you could say that for all aspects of his game
