Where will Payet end up next season?
The Payet War
If he keeps this form up, its hard seeing him stay at West Ham, his release clause is reportedly 70m

West Ham
Although he would walk into many of those starting 11s and improve the majority of those teams you mentioned

That ship has sailed .
I still don't get why most teams ignored his last season at Marseille and didn't try to sign him , Especially those lacking in width and 10s like Juventus .

Re: The Payet War
Not many big clubs would be interested because of his age and West Ham's ludicrous demands
So staying at West Ham it is

Re: The Payet War
Payet is 29 years old and will be 30 next season. Nobody is going to pay his release clause. So West Ham.

Re: The Payet War
said after he moved to west ham that he was too good for them and I was baffled one of the big clubs didn't sign him
no chance he moves though since West Ham want huge money and he's too old to justify it.

Re: The Payet War
Should be mentioned that a big club would never in a million years give him the same freedom that West Ham do considering he's their best player.
Which would likely end up with him looking nowhere near as good as he does right now.

I mean, he's not the main cork in this French team and he's doing pretty well. Not as well as he does at West Ham, but he's been one of the better players of the tournament thus far

Re: The Payet War
He is 29 so that's a check
But he hasn't played in La Liga, so he doesn't get the check there
Not Lucho approved. Not coming confirmed. GOATlito tho

Unfortunately GOATlito is on his way to City because Pep wants him and unlike Barca, City can actually afford to buy what their coach wants.

Re: The Payet War
Payet looks like he's not interested in playing football any more. A complete passenger. Okay, I get that after going to the final at the Euros in the summer it may feel a bit underwhelming to fight for mid-table spots with West Ham in the Premier League, but Bilic should bench him if he carries on like this.

So, a faker like Mahrez? What are the prospects of him leaving in Jan?

Admittedly bad form Payet in a crappy underperforming team is still crushing Firmino according to your favorite stats site.

Re: The Payet War
I can only repeat myself, the lad is simply not interested in playing for West Ham. And they have him on a five-year contract lmao. He'll provide some brilliant moments, but will mostly be just a luxury player for them. His age means that I don't see top clubs coming for him, either. Hopefully West Ham enjoy paying those bloated wages for years to come.
