So far the two Croatia matches were exciting . This because they're a quality team but with awful defence ( it was always their weakness .. We 've admired great midfielders and great CFs in '90 and now, but never defenders). able to create chances but never close the match..

Modric coming off was big, Croatia lost the amount of control they had over the game. Kovacic isn't Modric. Incredibly bad play by the keeper and defender but what were the fans doing?

Especially in that situation, you've got the players pissed off at their fans, the game has stopped, they've lost their concentration. What idiots, they deserve this.

Croatia just missed a massive chance to top the group and you are incentivized if you top this group because after France, it is potentially the 2nd easiest road to the semis. They won't go very far if they finish 2nd.
