Episode 4: 50 minutes
Episode 5: 59 minutes

Episode 7: 81 minutes

The finale is 81 minutes

All of the cast gets paid by per episode basis so this might have been a method of cutting costs

That and 7 episodes means bigger budget per episode.

I'm predicting multiple battle/dragon/white walker sequences rather than one big episode.

Doubt it was about cutting costs. It was probably due to the writing of the episodes. It isn't just to say make it 8 episodes because the time adds up to it. Hard to do these things with math.

need to start thinking of game of thrones avatars to wear but I don't even remember who is still alive besides the main 5 or so characters ffs

I'm going with The Hound seeing as he is going North (of the Wall?) with the Brotherhood, his story should be action packed this year.

k now the juice is flowing finally. Starting to get the feel. GoT season is at last here. Lesser air time could be a good thing after all. At least from the trailer it looks like theres going to be plenty in store here.

I want Sansa to die too unless she does a 180 and starts to have a positive impact on the rest of the Starks. Time to stop being a bitch to your only ally and actually try to help.

I'm hoping Arya and Bran join up with Jon so Sansa can see how useless she is.

One kid beasted his whole life and became lord commander of the Nights Watch. One kid became a badass faceless assassin. One kid became basically a time travelling, all-seeing demigod. Then there is Sansa who hasn't actually done anything positive in the entire story. Things either get handed to her, or they happen to her, and its mostly crap.

We really gotta wait over a year for S8 smh..

They gave away so much. Unsullied ransacking Casterly Rock, Drogon & the field of fire, Jon & Dany meeting, Jon @ the Fist of the 1st men left being alone to die (Lone wolf dies), Benjen rescuing Jon, Bran warging into the raven & Night's king realizing, Yara likely captured & Theon escaping !

Sansa interned under the GOAT player of the game of thrones. Other than Jon she has the most applicable real world skills.
