Tonight I am annoyed by Neymar as well. He is hogging the ball and eventually loosing it for several times now without an end product to be seen.

That 1st half was summed up by the corner kick around the 39th minute. Instead of sending in a cross, taking a chance with men in the box, Alves plays it short to Messi who loses it and goes out for a throw in for La Real.

Expecting a better 2nd half from Barcelona but that 1st half was ode to boredom.

Pique and Mascherano defending. Backpassing it to own end then giving away the goal.

No spark in the game, move the ball 25 yards out, for nothing to show. Is Xavi still playing? Munir having a right stinker also, doing nothing right.

So in last 3 games in la liga we dropped 8 points (pending the final whistle tonight) and it all started with a brainfart LE had with Villareal game when he pulled out key players to save them for clasico and lost the lead.

I cant fault the team. I thought they played really well.
Moved the ball well and passed it around excellently.
All except one player who was once more the worst player on the pitch and a liability to the entire team.
Proved once more that he is a one dimensional player who is useless against PTB teams.
On top of it, missed 4 chances. And yet apparently Neymar and Turan are to blame.

Awful performance, nobody actually performed. Sociedad didn't have chance in game, yet Pique and Mascherano created goal for them. Should've ended 0-0, Barca should think playing all attackers when defenders can't defend even the one bit they are asked to.

Oh well, easy money again, how did Sociedad have 7:1 odds is beyond me when we haven't won there since Iniesta had hair and MN are tired and Suarez is resting.

Mascerano is the worst long passer, all his passes resulted in ball loss. Neymar holds the ball too much, tries to dribble against PTB. he will get away with it because there are more responsible people Lucho and Messi to blame. Messi again looks with no energy i dont know what they did to him in argentina. it looked like he will die from tiredness if runs a little more. Before international break he was in the form and looked very sharp, now he moves like a snake

Match was just frustrating to watch. We really needed Suarez in this game. He is the solution to PTB. Not Messi & evidently not even Neymar.

Messi is a conundrum, you play him and chances of PTB increases 10x. But he's the best player so can't not play him.

I don't think LE was much at fault here, apart from the fact that he should've strengthened the squad further. I mean what were our options on the bench?

All in all though it was another PTB match. And the frustrating part is that our solution (Suarez) was suspended. Imo there is not much else that the team could have done, tactics wise. Probably should have utilized the wings more since the center was just too congested. And also should've taken the (rare) chances.

Hello. New here. Well, it could be worse. 39 unbeaten games kind of made those 3 games seem worse than they were. Points were dropped all of a sudden, but this team can turn it back. still leaders.

Yes we were neither extraterrestials before nor are we shit now. I was not able to catch the match so I can't comment on it but a 3 point lead on Atleti is still more than manageable, especially considering both the match against them and Real is behind us.
