International Women Football 2016

On 3 Mar 2016, the "SheBelieves Cup" kicked off, a friendly tournament located in the USofA, where four of the top 5 nations in Women Football meet to determine the current top of the crop before the Olympic Games in Rio. The participants are USWNT (FIFA rank 1), Germany (2), France (3) and England (5).  The winner will be determined by points in a league style system.

The opening match Germany vs France finished 1:0 for Germany with a goal by defender Leonie Maier in the 83rd minute.

The other match of the day, USWNT vs England, finished 1:0 for the US ladies thanks to a strike by Crystal Dunn.
